Mental Health

At UDLC we are committed to removing the stigma from talking about mental health. Below is a list of local and online mental health resources.

Mental Health Awareness Month

At Upper Dublin Lutheran Church we recognize COVID-19 is not the only pandemic we have been living through. There is also a silent pandemic playing out in our communities, schools, homes, churches, and workplaces around mental health. There remains a great deal of stigma and shame associated with mental health, and it can be hard to find and afford the needed assistance. UDLC wants to help shine a light on mental health awareness and support.
