Ministry Architects consultants Monica Lewis and Hayley O’Conner hosted 11 listening sessions with 52 members of our congregation over three days from July 18-20. Based on those listening sessions and information provided by the staff, they generated this assessment report about our family ministries including priorities, recommendations, and a timeline for the coming 18 months.
