After switching majors from pre-med to music, she graduated with music degrees from University of Wisconsin – Madison, Valparaiso University, Westminster Choir College in Princeton, and Temple University. She specializes in teaching sacred music to all ages-- “from womb to tomb” --and secular music, too. Finally, for something a little different, Kirsten plays keyboards in a rock band that was formed at a church where she worked (St. Peter’s Lutheran in North Wales.)  The band has been together for over two decades!
